Enthusiast Gaming is seeking a highly motivated individual seller to add to our growing EMEA media sales and partnership team. We’re looking for a passionate person with extensive knowledge of the media landscape, in addition to a basic understanding of gaming and esports. A skilled and strategic mind for relationship building should be at the forefront of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for digital media, custom content, esports sponsorships and events and programmatic direct campaigns, PMP’s, while meeting and exceeding all sales goals
  • Focus on media agencies and clients direct in the UK
  • Work directly with agency leads that buy MCN pre roll on YouTube
  • Create a strategic plan for prospecting new leads and gaining proactive proposals across both endemic gaming partners and fortune 500 companies
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs in a quality and timely manner
  • Maintain a collaborative and creative approach with internal teams to develop new solutions tied to client success metrics
  • Work hand in hand with our UK/EMEA VPs, growing Account Management and Integrated Marketing teams to shape the business from a client services perspective
  • Have a finger on the pulse of the industry and stay ahead of digital advertising, media and gaming trends

Education & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in the digital media industry, A cursory knowledge of the Direct and Programmatic marketplace.
  • Experience in selling MCN YouTube pre roll and/or premium video solutions + have a network of buyers for immediate testing opportunities
  • Experience is custom content & brand integrations
  • A strong understanding of the advertising and gaming eco-system
  • Have a significant rolodex of key media agencies and brand direct contacts who plan & buy across EMEA

  • A self-starter who thrives in fun and result-oriented work environment, is passionate about problem solving and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and schedules
