Enthusiast Gaming is seeking a highly motivated individual seller to add to our growing Business Development team. We’re looking for a passionate person with extensive knowledge of the publisher landscape, in addition to a basic understanding of gaming and esports. A skilled and strategic mind for relationship building should be at the forefront of expertise.

As a Senior Manager of Business Development at Enthusiast Gaming, you'll leverage your industry contacts to establish new relationships with publishers. You will act as an EG evangelist, creating new opportunities for EG's product offerings to maximize revenue for our clients. Additionally, you will:

  • Grow our publisher network by actively prospecting new business opportunities with high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and onsite customer meetings
  • Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in an effort to establish a publisher's relationship with EG's offerings
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge; make recommendations as needed
  • Cultivate strong relationships through face to face, email and phone communication
  • Communicate goals and results to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience and a consistent track record in Publisher/Business Development and strong understanding of AdTech industry
  • An extensive contact list of publishers
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills
  • The mindset of an Hunter; you drive change and you're self-motivated
  • Creative problem solving capabilities
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide team members to deliver actionable results
  • Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation skills
  • Comfort interacting across multiple teams and management levels within the organization
  • Previous background in the media landscape is a plus
