About this role

Enthusiast Gaming’s Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Research & Insights Manager to own strategic industry and audience research projects and develop compelling data stories to support Enthusiast Gaming’s global Sales and Account Management teams.

The successful candidate will be proficient with syndicated research sources and databases including but limited to Comscore, Nielsen, Quantcast, Google Analytics, Ipsos, Media Radar, etc.

The Marketing Research & Insights Manager opportunity is based in New York (hybrid/remote options available), and reports to the Director of Marketing.


  • Develop and execute research projects to support Enthusiast Gaming’s global advertising Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Compile, assess, and translate first- and third-party data into compelling, actionable insights that fuel marketing and sales narratives for client proposals and thought leadership materials.
  • Respond to research requests from the Sales and Customer Success teams using proprietary and syndicated data tools.
  • Manage partner vendors to deliver and report brand measurement studies for campaigns.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to support campaign analysis with research and data.
  • Create and maintain a database of sales marketing research materials.
  • Effectively communicate the latest industry and market trends to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify new tools and vendors to enhance Enthusiast Gaming’s research, measurement, and reporting capabilities across streaming, video, social, and influencer partnerships; Onboard and maintain vendor relationships.


  • 3+ years in a research, analytics, or marketing role; Agency, digital media, or publishing experience is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and tools such as Comscore, Nielsen, Quantcast, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience working with brand study vendors such as Dynata, Kantar, Milward Brown, Nielsen, etc.
  • Strong data visualization, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or other data visualization applications is a plus.
  • Ability to to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams with varying levels of seniority.
  • Passion for data storytelling and excited about the gaming and esports space.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
