Enthusiast Gaming (NASDAQ: EGLX) is seeking a highly motivated individual contributor to add to our growing Publisher Development team. We’re looking for a passionate person with extensive knowledge of the publisher landscape, in addition to a basic understanding of gaming and esports. A skilled and strategic mind for relationship building should be at the forefront of expertise.
As a Publisher Development Manager at Enthusiast, you'll leverage your industry contacts and identify new prospects to establish, lead, and deliver on a significant number of revenue-generating partnerships with publishers and ad-enabled mobile app developers.
Job responsibilities:
- Actively prospect new business opportunities with high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and onsite customer meetings
- Proactively identify mid-tier, premium publishers and app developers and relentlessly present the EG pitch in a compelling way
- Managing the pipeline to ensure that you're achieving sales and revenue targets and growing the business
- Close high-value deals
- Work closely and communicate regularly with your supervisor on active deals and challenges
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- 5+ years of sales, preferably in the digital media space, with knowledge of the programmatic and mobile marketplaces (preferred, but not required if you’re hungry to learn)
- A hunter’s mentality and entrepreneurial mindset where prospecting is a daily behavior
- A self-starter who thrives in a fun and result-oriented work environment, is passionate about problem solving and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects
- Effective presentation and communications skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and schedules
- Must be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
