Enthusiast Gaming is seeking a highly motivated individual to add to our growing Business Development team. We’re looking for a passionate person with extensive knowledge of the publisher landscape, in addition to a basic understanding of gaming and esports. A skilled and strategic mind for relationship building should be at the forefront of expertise.


  • Outreach to web publishers that align with EG’s mission statement of building sustainable businesses for content creators
  • Growing traffic and revenue in new markets such as gaming, automotive, technology, sports and entertainment
  • Conduct strategic calling and messaging to identify new business opportunities
  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up generating increased interest and excitement

You Have:

  • 1-2+ years of Business Development experience in the digital publishing and/or technology space
  • An understanding of the online marketing and advertising industries, particularly regarding ad monetization
  • Working knowledge of inbound & outbound technologies
  • Proven success presenting a value proposition
  • Ability to meet sales targets in coordination with executive and other key stakeholders within the organization
  • Understanding of sales development best practices

We'd also like to see:

  • Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation skills
  • Comfort interacting across multiple teams and management levels within the organization
  • Previous background in the media landscape is a plus
