About this role

Enthusiast Gaming’s Marketing team is seeking a Manager, Marketing Communications to support our B2B brand communications programs and increase awareness and consideration for Enthusiast Gaming among advertisers and agencies.

The Manager, Marketing Communications opportunity is based in New York (hybrid/remote options available), and reports to the Director of Marketing.


  • Support the development and execution of Enthusiast Gaming’s annual B2B marketing calendar, owning communications strategies.
  • Contribute to Enthusiast Gaming’s go-to-market brand story, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manage communications channels, including but not limited to social, email, newsletter, and, to engage with advertisers, agencies, and investors.
  • Establish KPIs for success. Track, report, and optimize content strategy to drive audience growth, leads, and engagement.
  • Identify speaking engagements, industry events, and awards to help promote Enthusiast Gaming’s thought leadership in the gaming space. Help draft applications/submissions.
  • Help coordinate logistics for owned events such as venue research, caterers, A/V, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media functionalities, best practices, and reporting.
  • Copy edit work of Customer Success and Marketing teams as needed.


  • 3+ years experience in B2B brand marketing and communications, social media, content marketing, SEO, events, or similar.
  • Digital media or publishing experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch and a proven track record of developing cross-platform brand content.
  • Skilled at tracking and reporting growth and engagement analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excited about new platforms and discovering new ways to reach audiences.
  • Passion and demonstrated knowledge of youth culture, gaming, and esports.
